The Oshkosh Stinger Q4 rapid intervention vehicle (RIV) is a quick hitting, ultra-fast response aircraft rescue and emergency vehicle. Our RIVs are built on a Ford F550 XLT chassis and are powered with a 6.7 L Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel engine. These trucks can hold
- 120 – 300 gallons (454 – 1,136 liters) of water
- single or twin foam tanks
- 500 lb (227 kg) of dry chemical.
