Improved performance. The Sport Star is the newest sports floodlight in our range and has been designed to provide maximum lighting performance with safety and efficiency in mind. The new and improved optics now provide 2x the light output of previous models, with a beam range of between 12.5 to 50 metres and can last up to 16 hours on a single charge*.
Easy to set up, transport and store. As the ‘Sport Star’ is fully transportable, no planning permission is required to operate the system. The 4 sections air cushioned tripod collapse down into a compact 96cm length able to fit the entire light and accessories into its waterproof bag and can fit into most car boots. Once you’re on the field, the ‘Sport Star’ is simple to set up in 1 minute, and also features a low-level cable control switch to adjust the light settings quickly and easily, altering the visibility as and when you need it. Six to eight units will illuminate a 60 x 40m area (a standard size of a sports training pitch/half a full sized football pitch).
Perfect for outdoor use in all weather. The ‘Sport Star’s IP44 Rating means that this lighting system can be used in wet conditions and still provide maximum efficiency, allowing your players to keep performing, even when the conditions get testing.
Don’t worry if a ball or player knock into the light, the ‘Sport Star’ includes 3 stability ground pegs to reinforce the tripod and features an impact resistant light head to ensure that play continues, even after a slight knock.
Finally, due to being a fully rechargeable system, its kinder to the environment, safe low voltage and no trailing leads. Meaning no expensive and noisy power generators are also no longer required on the field, eliminating noise pollution and fire risk entirely. Keeping teams and players locked in and focused, without external distraction.
